| I have this spell. Found it in the bazaar for like 2k. Not sure the guy new what he was selling. Its a ubber rare drop in Chardok, forget the mobs name, and it supposedly drops off random Dragons in WW. There is no proc effect, its only skelly form. Thats all. | ||||
