	For a while there was a kind of "gm event" in loio(yes loio) where "deathwing drakes" wandered all about, the event lasted about a week, the deathwings dropped various pieces of deathwing armor uncommonly.(they were about 35)

	Actually I do agree this isn't the best 2hb by far...but with the low delay it makes the monks AA ability that lets them quad with a 2hb look that much more attractive...then when you upgrade you pass it along.

	While it may be the best ratio on a droppabe 2HB, the Staff of flowing Water is a better weapon. It's due to the current 2hb damage bonuses. See this one with 12 is actually like a 1HB bonus while SoFW has 38
