| i would say no. it would be too over powering to have someone eventually get a 23% increase to dmg on just about each piece of gear and do 40k dmg with one nuke. or to get enough mana preservation gear and have the highest dmg nukes cost .5 mp. these items are apparently just coming out in abu | ||||

| I would suspect that if you had more than one that overlapped, it would pick the best, just like a Haste item. After all, this is effectively a Haste item for a caster (increases damage output by a certain percentage). | ||||

| yah need 2 clerics .. pfft for tower nameds water = need 3 , 4 rather clerics , stay out of range of AE, xept for melees , have semi healer in group with em or just have em move out of ae for heals. wind = annoying ae , stun and flux, would say about 4-5 clerics . getting stunned can get tank | ||||

| bah, the best proc sword of this type was the bugged one that summoned a wolf pet if i recall it was removed from the game cuz groups of people with it would be too powerful, and there was apparently an exploit that kept the pets around too long. | ||||

| Deluxe Toolboxes are sold by one of the Gnomes in the Igloos in Iceclad (he is dressed in black leather-type armour) for a little over 1pp each. Lots of people use those for bank storage in preference to the lighter, and slightly weight reducing, hand-made backpacks. | ||||
