| The item does look like a SMR when worn (monks will now get asked for kei/TLs :P) and the haste is 41% as far as our monk can tell. As far as how good it is, some monks prefer a fungi tunic over this only because of the regen alone. | ||||

| Play on a PvP server and your tune about resist not mattering much will change ;) Anything that raises your unbuffed total is a bonus for travel gear. 30ac makes it so you dont get screwed as bad trying to get your resist high enough to resist them ranger/sk snares....whole different world on PvP | ||||

| 100 str/dex/agi is nearly irrelevant, actually. It's almost a side effect of Avatar. The real reason to buff with it is +100 ATK. That's the part of it that so significantly raises DPS. Monks are observed to benefit most sometimes because their ATK is used most often (they swing most often). | ||||
