	I belive it is in the arena yep that is right off the path threw close to where you cut threw the town to get to Wakening Lands but the mobs on the little bridge can see invs on me and Im 45th lvl. I stayed away thou I was told thats where they dropped....Now to find a group that will get the way cl

	i agree with Wrenn...its basically a Silvery War Axe but much, much heavier. unless it looks freakin awesome (like the war axes the dwarves carry) then its utter crap...well maybe not that bad, its pretty decent but its still newbie fodder. i bet they sell decent to a vendor, most of the dwarf vendo

	hate to be the bringer of bad news but im guessing its from the dragon Phara Dar from Veeshans peak. look him up sometime, hes a nasty bugger. but its a nice weapon none the less.

	And does aegis have resses??? Usually a cleric has darn near max wis AND good ac in plate mostly (specially a high elf one, my dark elf is at 196 though)

	At level 50, 1 wisdom is worth about 10.5 mana. this has more mana than the Aegis, and you can use the Aegis in the shield slot with this and keep the 25 sv disease. Or bank the Aegis and not have as much weight to carry.

	These boots, along with the rest of the new Skyshrine items, drop from L54-61+ named wyverns deep in Skyshrine. Kellan High Priest of EoD and the BFA Caciz Thule

	Great for all casters (I believe it is best INT face item so far), Amazingly good for Enchanters (because of the CHA). Pretty good resists. Only unimportant part is the 6 Wis.

	Iksar monk would rock with this. Be nice to get something that weighs 0.5 instead of 1.0 like erollisi bracer.

	Very nice cloak for people that dont have maxed out wisdom, and even if you do. This beats the hell out of mammoth hide cloak. In my opinion its better than heirophant cloak. I'ma have to start hunting in skyshrine...

	Heheh. Don't expect an immediate update on the haste, lol. Give us nerds time to calculate it. Wish I could get one of these to calculate the haste, or get into the EQ item files and check it out. Oh, well, let someone else try.

	No mana is given to the casters that can use this item by the Wisdom. They are all Int casters.
