| Maybe just me, but this sucks. I will stick with my Charred guardian shield & Slime Coated Harpoon for 15 wis. Dont get me wrong the damage would be nice, but just watch your stamina drop with that first swing.. oh and unless you are soloing with a pet why would a shaman use this | ||||

| I believe when you all say that Hiero is only 4 wis, that youre forgetting it is also 75 mana. Although, this IS a very nice cloak. Hierophant's Cloak is nice and droppable too, so pick one of these up and pawn Hiero and buy some ph4t l3\/\/tz ^_^ | ||||

| Nice. Very Nice. But I would think that at the level of the mob this drops off of it would have a few more stats. Like maybe a one or two resistances increases. | Awhile back Verant adjusted the damage level of 2h weapons. Essectially if the delay of the weapon was 40+ then there was I think a 10% dmg bonus added. If the weapon fell between 30 and 39 then no dmg bonus was applied, and if the weapon was below 29 delay then it suffered a 10% dmg reduction. | ||||

| Most likely its not a fake. Its a prety nice weapon but not that amazing to be made up. Also Skyshrine is a decently high level zone so its worth the risk :) | ||||

| Just wondering... do you (or anyone) know if haste affects this? Like say you have a 20dmg 40delay 2hs and a Flowing Black Silk Sash... do you still get the bonus? Or because now the delay is below 40 you no longer get the bonus? Just curious (since I have a Mithril 2 hander 21/40 with perm haste | ||||

| I believe the max damage is larger on higher delay weapons, as in a 20/40 weapon won't do the same maximum damage as a 20/50 weapon. | ||||
