	Who cares what the haste is on this... The stats alone are enough to make anyone envious. The extra 100 hp is the clincher. When you get high enough lvl to get this item, the only thing that will matter at this point is the HP anyway. Considering that HP is the only stat that is uncapped. Everyth

	Nice item for HP and Mana. The saves are nice for lower lvls. But VI could have done a little better unless they are going to loosen the caps on most everything for the whole realm, (not just the PoP)
