| Dude, can you say range slot? i would use this in my range slot if i had it. yes the damage and delay stink, but the 2 dex and 4 agility in the range slot would be great for warriors, shadowknights, and rogues. | ||||

| the reason this makes it into the midlevel+ arena is that it has 2 more AC and +20 mana. Anything that adds to my mana as a druid (200 wis at lvl 45) is a huge bonus to me and rather desirable. Though if I were at 205 wis I'd replace this with a plat tiara for the +50mana and +35 hps | ||||

It places my int up over 200 now but gives me resists and mana so now I can replace something that just gives me int for other stats I might want. It is a proc. | When the ragebringer quest was brought on-line they included a housefull of very high level dark elevs. 1 of which was yellow to a lev 58 warrior. | There is a SK version of this cloak called the Black Bear Pelt Cloak. Almost the same stats but has 5 int instead of 5 wis. Yes, I play a sk and yes I do have the SK version of the cloak. | ||||
