| Too bad this is insanely rare, like the other PoP elemental instruments. I only know of 1 lute, 1 drum and 1 horn on our entire server (elemental ones). | ||||

| Just because it is cleric only doesn't mean it would rot. I know a lot of clerics who love to melee instead of sitting on their butt doint nothing. | Why does verant and sony continue to create weapons that have 100+ attack and 65- delay? They are completly ruining the game... | Incorrect. Search the cleric boards at eqcleric.gameglow.com They have done parsing to show that the proc is based off of time and not dmg/delay, atleast for the cleric summoned hammers. Ie. With or without haste, you would still proc 30times a minute. | ||||

| This is a Very common drop off the needle hoppers in shar val and around the newbie areas outside of the kitty city. I heard it was for one of the youngster kitty quests but I have yet to hear which one. | ||||
