| bah, the best proc sword of this type was the bugged one that summoned a wolf pet if i recall it was removed from the game cuz groups of people with it would be too powerful, and there was apparently an exploit that kept the pets around too long. | ||||

| You can also setup wizards in the jail, have everyone bind before the room. Once banished, you can either have the wiz TL to bind or have a mage in group CoH. If anyone is wondering, the sleeves are green. | ||||
