| Decreasing your delay and attacking faster is the exact same thing. You put on a haste item and you will find yourself attacking faster. That means your delay will have lowered itself. It doesn't matter if the item doesn't show you the new delay, but it's there. THat's how I see it anyway. T | ||||

| Charsion is absolutely right how dmg bonus is calculated. This sword could have a 0 dmg bonus and still be uber the dps is godly. And then the proc makes it /drool. Finaly a paladin sword with godly ratio and stats but best of all a proc thats little to no agro because 1) it does not stun like ho | ||||

| I would agree Chantarin. If parsed it would be close. The ratio however is great but the stats arnt anything to drool over. And no proc? Sorry I'll take Goldenrod over this. Give it to an SK, make him think hes uber then go to the arena. Doesnt really matter cause a warrior will loot them all | ||||

| 45 ac is alot for a monk i don't care how uber he is. As far as allakazams is concerned this is one of the top ac chest pieces a monk could get. | That really only depends on how they calculate the haste in game. There could possibly be two very different meanings from spdat spell haste and item haste. Since Sony sets the haste for spell haste and players actually parse out the haste on item haste. We could be comparing apples and oranges. I s | ||||

| Aye, same for warriors, by the time a warrior raids for this, he should at least have his champions bracer or equal or better than champs, wich has much better ac.
