| The new INT / WIS cap is 355 -Cap for all stats go up by 5/level from 260 at level 61 to 280 at level 65. -Innate Enlightenment 5 adds 50 to INT / WIS cap. -Planar Power 5 adds 25 to all stat caps. | the best part about this is that if you give it to a ranger on mobs that ch gate cast ect ect . you can pretty much help with the mana seiving process. not that many poeople have bothered to mana seive mobs lately . | ||||

At the beginning of the raid, it is declared that if the bag drops, monk have the option of turning in a rallic plus another bag with 20 + WR or a tink bag. | im guess you sir no nothing about a pvp lifestyle if ya cant get enuff mr wich sadly i cannot you end up rooted and a bow with greater range then most spells is a huge + to anyone my ranger is young but to crit 44 alot and nearly destroy a cleric and necro with a bow alone is great and though a rogu | ||||
