| This would seem to fall in line with the instrument items. Obviously, there havent been any singing instruments prior to this but given the pattern this would seem to give the traditional instrument gain which if my brain serves me right is 40% or some such. | ||||

| Actually, Bard Epic has a singing modifier of 1.8 and always has done. This mask has a modifier of 2.0 though making it the best singing mod item currently known to exist. | ||||
