| If you see a ranger (past 51) die because of a damage proc, you have obviously met a dumb ranger. Jolt is -500 hate, proc is no where near 500dmg, besides, rangers get a 150 proc buff spell anyhow. This would be a awesome weapon in the hands of any of these classes, period. 20/25 offhander, + 125 | ||||

| A very good offhand for any class except bard, reason is the epic is always offhand mostly, and with other weapons with better dam delay(although not the hp of this) for bards primary, it should go to ranger/rogue/war until VI releases instrument mod equipment that is worth equiping and not a downgr | ||||

| The leggings seem to drop a lot in bastion of thunder, relatively often. 2 leather tunics have dropped, I can't remember where the first dropped, perhaps off the dragon in HoHa, the one I received (because no one else wanted it), came from within Tower of Sol Ro, off of Xuzl. | ||||

| lol you thought it would be triggered? Common sense would tell you Verant wouldn't give rogues a triggered very nice dot; dual wield SBDs then use that and you got yerself kiting aka soloing can't have rogues goin around soloing :D | ||||

| For comparison, the Ornate warrior helm (Kizrak's Helmet of Battle) is 34ac, 60hp, some other stats, pretty nice but in my opinion not nice enough to justify what it takes to get to HoH where the ornate molds drop. | Ok I think i have a very good hunch on this quest. And the reason it hasnt been solved. First lets examine the clues. You get the skull with four slots from the cook. | Know a 65 warrior who uses this with BoC, can crit for 200+, crip for 300+, has a 150dd and stun and procs alot in offhand. He seems pleased with it, and it looks pretty cool too. | ||||

| Given that there are many items with summoning haste out there (Ok maybe not SH 4) the argument over which class this is best for is irrelevant. An equal argument could be made for any caster. Personally as a wizard it's hard to find int and dex items this good. (and yes Wizards DO need a high dex | ||||
