| Have to agree with khashik, think well before posting friend. Rangers have almost the same weapon abilities as a Warrior, most of our skills cap at the same levels as a Warrior, we just don't get crits like they do. | 1st at 56 I wouldn't be in this zone yet. 2nd given the damage and delay on this I'd want it and I'd be rolling for it, if it were not assigned. The stat adds are nice and if I had any problem with it I would have liked to have seen it have some AC and more resists than just fire. | ||||

| Seems like i'm on the wrong server, oh well my lvl 11 chanter has one (used by my dru till her high 30's), and they still sell good for 100pp on karana server. Seems like i need to put some more effort in camping CC. :-) But I must admit giving away to new guildies is certainly a very good thing | ||||

| For the player-combined parts of the quest, I believe it's trivial above 250. The actual combine for the armor is not skill-based, just one or two pieces you need to combine for final item (similar to Earring of Solstice quest). | ||||
