| It doesn't drop off of dain. It is recieved from handing in the box with the 5 heads + dirk of the traitor. You hand in this dirk in to Dain to get the Declaration of War and also get this dirk back in case you fail the war. | ||||

| Killed him last night with my 51 monk and 61 cleric. At the end of the fight had 50% mana left. MoK and MoR landed without being resisted. Long fight with just me doublefisting. | First- Tinkers bag IS dropable. (I hand them back and forth between me and my hubby nearly EVERY day.) Second- Travelers boots have a CASTING time, JBoots do NOT. Which means you can cast JBoots while moving (indeed running) and not be interrupted. Even SoW casters and bards camp the JBoots quest | ||||

| With PoP, this goes for 600pp at the most now. I have one for sell on Zeb for 500pp. You can get a weighty polearm for 750-900pp, which has a much better ratio, and stats. | ||||

| Druid or cleric. Shamans are secondary considering only straight heals are affected, and shamans rarely perform a straight heal like chloroblast.
