| My question is this: The item states that it's recommended for lvl 60. If a lower lvl player (say 40ish) were to obtain this item, would it disappear, not allow itself to be equipped or looted? | well at least the effect is good..... i will not wear this for combat. i will right click on it when my effect wears off, and reequip a PSC.... the PSC goes for slightly more than the flawless diamonds for this quest and has better stats and ac.... but hell if i happen to win this roll in kael some | ||||

| Since this item is No Drop it's VERY HIGHLY unlikely that a level 40 would have a chance at aquiring one. Not only is Vex Thell a zone for the highest end 60th level raiding guilds, it requires a key that can take months to aquire and steady camping of very high end mobs. I don't think we'll be se | ||||

| the zone in vex thal is in the umbral planes, an outdoor zone in luclin. it is gaurded by rumbelcrush (quads for 700, very easy fight once slowed). you need a key to enter the zone, and to get the key you need to kill emperor ssra, the boss of ssra temple, anther luclin zone. he himself is a hard fi | ||||

| Before you spout off about how stupid it is to have to camp these things for the shard, maybe you aught to do a little research first.
