About the skeleton fist, it is not for a monk quest. it is for some scaled gauntlets, SK and WAR I believe. it is iksar.

The Foodmaster is Ragrain (I think). A Smithy rargiin (sp?) spawns next to him and drops Ye Auld Ball Peen Hammer |
