As a lvl34 they still conn dark blue to me? Even exp is nice. Only 2 nukes(350 avg) and they are running. I keep hunting them till they conn green ;)

Yep, i can confirm they can be lower lvl. Yesterday i saw one that conned even to my 33mage.
