| Legends has alot of player made, no drop, trade skill items from some of the new zones. I am told the NoDrop tag is incase people move off Legends back to normal servers they cant trade the items and dont have to wipe the accounts of these items they earned. | ||||

| Could this be an instance of someone taking a screenshot with a character below the recomended level? I havn't personally seen an item for which I am below the recomended level (Other than Thurg Gate potion, but that dosn't have stats, and there is no logical reason why it got a tag of recomended 60 | ||||

| Because bards uses CHA for charm, and INT for mana (yes, apparently they use mana for some of their songs). But many other clases could benefit much from this belt, although I think it would be best used by a caster or SHD. And yes, this COULD also be a monk item! :) | ||||

| Could really use a revamp. All they have is frogloks way out there that aggro like crazy, roaming ksing guards, and rare, higher level spawns that like to own newbs. It really hurts them in the newbie gear department. No real good newbie troll quests, save the Beastlord ones recently added. Hm | ||||

| lol - checke this for game balance ! Halfling Ranger BP is a meagre AC 12 Wis+1 Str+1, HP+5..... Stats on halfling BP are Ac 12 Str+11 Wis+1 HP+,5 too !
