| no it doesnt make any sense. attacking twinking is attacking a play style, something that isnt even a problem with the game, mearly the way some players percieve others. the only valid reason to no drop tag or in any way level limit an item is if the method of aquiring it also requires those traits | ||||

Varent has limited the amount of damage a backstab can do, so a 19 damage piercer wouldn't do any more then a 16 for max backstab currently but you don't want that Magic damage(can | ||||

| I'd consider these an upgrade to crystal chitin and (rather obviously) a step below blood runed. For paladins and bards who dont even get blood runed, these are especially nice.
