| This actually looks amazingly similar to the Ring of Superior Health, with some upgraded stats. Ring of Superior Health also drops off of the Arch Lich, possibly was upgraded when the Arch Lich was? Oh, and lol @ Mahande saying his guild can kill the Arch Lich. | Me and 3 other people lvls 47-54 camped LHM last night and spawn time on all of the mobs were 29 minutes. reall easy to keep it clear. PH or the mob themselves 1 every 9 minutes keeps things well balanced for mana reproduction. | ||||

It is quested for, you need four items from the zone in order to make it: an Idol, a Ring, an Insignia, and a Bag to combine them all in.
