| Come back and say that when you got to lvl 50+. When you start a new char when your main is lvl 20 or 30, sure, dont twink it. | Hum no caster epic and phenocryst is not 35 int, more like 30. :) Anyway if you are a necro you can get 20 int with the duck staff and then another 15 int with hand of the reaper in sec slot. And you get mana, resists.... | ||||

| First of all, it's not a forgery, that graphic is very real, yes the skin tones don't quite match up but nevertheless it's the graphic for the Netted Kelp Tunic, Icecicle Tunic AND the Ice Burrower Skin. | I got this when camping upper dogs last night. It dropped off a level 56 named kobald... Ular Icepaw. He was a tuff bastard as we didnt have a warrior. | 1. To do this quest, will I need to pass any Storm Giants? I have dubious faction with the frost giants, but storm giants will most likely whack me (I am a Ranger who worships Tunare). 2.
