| it DOES drop off of sporali defender's. The shield drops off of gatherers as well, they are just a VERY rare drop. I have looted it myself so i am positive of this. Hope this helps. | ||||

| There are 2 types of this that drop. Runed sea shell (EB) which has 1 charge of Enduring breath and is used in the 7th shawl quest. Runed sea shell (cloud) is for the 9th ring quest. | This item is no drop, ALWAYS drops off of charbone skeletons in ill omen, and is not stackable (and since it's lore it can't be). Hope that clears a few things up. | ||||
