| I think it's mistagged as having an effect when in reality it doesn't. Right clicking does nothing, putting it on doesn't seem to have any additional effects over the stat increasers listed. *shrug* | ||||

| I HATE to be a pessimist, but, this item appears to be a forgery. I took a look with this via photoshop, and there is a color variation between the shoulders and the torso. | All the pixilated look means is that the pics used for this are overly compressed JPEGs. People have cried FAKE so many times on Everlore that the message boards are screened for those comments. | you can kill in skyshrine but that only raises 1/2 the faction minus the king. then if you have invis you can get to the area to do the supply quest and do that 1000 times to raise up all factions including king :). | ||||
