| Spawn time is random bro. I have done each officer camp several times in prepraration for the big war. I've seen them on average take between 15 to 45 minutes. I've also seen them come on the second wave (5 minutes) and take as long as 3 hours. If you get bored i guess you can always let him die | ||||

| If someone tried to do the quest and failed, Captain Necin will not be up. I'm not sure of the spawn time on him, it seems to be 12 hours or more. | From what I've read, the paw, and wooden leg were all parts of quests that got nerfed a couple years ago. I dont know why VI hasn't taken the items out yet, but I doubt that they're looking back at fixing any of the problems in the old world. | ||||

| it says only damage dealing spells like DoT spells right, well.... it says when i cast root, your hollowed bone bracers sparcle or whatever so that must mean it works for DoT's amd spells like root.
