| With my shaman I use the bear illusion (luclin spell, I forget the name, but it buffs plus 5 on wisdom.) This lets me in any door I have ever tried. | Yes, it's crap. Once you max out your ac/str/sta/wis/int (and you have if you can kill Seru), the bp is in fact a 100 hp breastplate with no effect and no skill mods - just like all the other 100 hp breastplates out there. | ||||

| you know thats all fine good but enchanters shouldnt' get first pic on this item after all the lvl60 KEI is an awesome mana regen spell. and not all wizards have epics or mana robes so irregardless of your logic clerics should be the primary to get this item. | You do not need the group composition as listed above to take these guys out unless your all in the low 30s. Based on the results of our expedition I would say a high level tank is required. However, only one healer or caster is needed to support him/her, and this camp is yours. | ||||

| The way i do it on my 51 cleric is i run down root the spiders/devourers that attack and then Re cast improved IVU go to the safe spot by Xalgoz and camp out, then camp back in with no aggros. Have fun camping it. *cry* 48 hour of camping, yes full 48 hours and still no staff. | ||||

| I believe that everyone starts out as dubious to Citizens of Frostone. The only way I know of improving your Frostone faction is the "Book to Historian Baenek" quest. I guess what I'm saying is, are you sure you were apprehensive earlier? Thicket Tundrabog | ||||

| I'd advise doing the Pulsating Rock quest to raise faction with the House of Midst, the faction the monk trainer is on. Or just do what most monks do - sneak up behind him and he'll train you. ;-) | ||||
