| Half Elves can wear medium size armor (like humans). Whether you can wear plate, chain, leather or cloth armor depends on class and not race. Half Elves can wear (but not make) human and all elven cultural armor (deity restrictions apply) - even dark elven cultural. | ||||

| Well, after comparing a lot of notes with my friend's Troll BL and my Ogre BL we have decided that the Ogre 'No Stun from frontal attacks' is a lot more useful than the regen for a BL. Regen is nice but a little redundant when you have heal spells. Even our lowest heal spell brings up health faster | ||||

Not too long ago, the consensus was to keep stamina as high as possible, because you'll need the extra hp's that stamina gives you to deal with the AoE that higher level MoBs throw around. | If I understand the spell description correctly, it only affects instant cast damaging spells, and the target gets a save vs. cold to avoid the extra damage. I guess this would be useful for a melee's range spot with a high damage proc weapon. Is there any other possible use? | ||||

| To clarify, you cast this on other people. Like ur warrior or rogue or SK. the 100 dex make this proc quite a lot and 30 damage life tap doesnt sound like enough but when it goes off 8 times in a fight, well u see my point. this is also good for raising weapon skills if ur a caster and in that sorta | ||||
