| Disease may overwrite spell regens or it might not. That has nothing to do with what we are talking about here. Doze does not cast regen on himself, he just naturally regens at a quick rate. Nothing will stop it. Look at the Fungi Tunic...nothing will overwrite its regen. | ||||

| Our guild tried to kill Velketor recently, and although we got him quite low we didn't make it. The problem we had is that noone managed to land any nukes on it, as far as I know all nukes were resisted - even from a lv65 druid. I'm a wizard and lv57 at the time, and not even Lure of Flame would hit | ||||

| You won't find Spectral or Shadowy parchments in PoN, or any of the other first tier planes. They drop in higher level planes, like the Plane of Valor or Storms. Edit: Actually I'm wrong on that. | I can confirm that spiroc feathers drop from spirocs in PoA. Not sure about the other pieces but im guessing that the black drake claws come from ashenbone drakes in PoH as a new drop....and droco bones from PoF. | ||||
