| Well, Maybe a little.. when being powerlvled you prolly won't tank the mobs wich causing your defensive skills not to raise. When equipping a very good weapon, or get xp from not really attacking the mobs that much, your weapons skill won't grow that much. Wich causes your ATK and AC and dog | ||||

| In the new Eq Atlas, it talks about this guy, supposedly a necro who was instrumental in the opening and closing of Plane of Underfoot.
