| It is not just you. But when you add a few 100 recipies requireing blue diamonds, and with products around the quality of HoT quest armor, it is fairly easy to understand. The price will vary a lot across servers, some as low as 800, some up to 2.5k . On AB theyseem to range around 1000-1500. | ||||

| Not really. At the level players would obtain this piece I would suspect all casters would be maxed out on their wis or int. More often than not this would be awarded to a mellee for the AC and saves. Means less worries keeping them alive in high level encounters. | ||||

| HP are important in the end game, along with resist gear because you are going up against mobs that cast AE spells that are not affected by AC. However, in the lower levels, AC is very important.
