| This and several others are used in a bard quest. The reward is Nostrolo Tambourine, a Drum that adds 23% to percussion songs. Before they added new Instrument models this drum did indeed look like a Tambourine (not like a flute), dont know how it looks after. The quest I belive is doable at 35-40is | ||||

| Says it only effects lvl 20 or below spells....doesn't say it doesn't work after you reach level 20. Also, I did the ToV quest at 20. All my spells are 19 and will be fitting the category till my next spell level at 24. Well worth it for me. | ||||
