	It's a Hideious Light Blue with little faces that look like they're gushing out every last bit of air in their bodies. Even if you go to a raid on either one of the ppl that drop it, let it go to the person that really needs it. Robe of the Oracle, eat your heart out.

	hehe the designers have shown that they don't even play eq many times in the past, such as when the put the 3/10 wep in the game and had it drop off a lv 30, and this is another fine example, some designer doesn't have the slighest idea what a rogue is, but he makes armor for them? 	They sell for slightly more. Using sharpening stones to make tarnished weapons is great at low levels to both make slightly more money and build up your smithing skills without wasting training points.

	Just figured I'd add something, if you are on Rallos, and you are looking for one of those GODFORSAKENLY TOO COMMON (&#$(#*&$#& axes, then I would suggest doing this quest. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and keep those rubies... add it to your <I'm going to get a horse> fund.
