	This is a great BP, but what makes arguably better, is that one does not NEED any expansions to attain it, although Kunark expansion (level 60) is really required... It's still arguably better than Cobalt which is the best from Kunark... Thanks, Verant! Peace

	Are you kiddin me, a ranger with spirit tap! This is by far my most favorite item in the game to date. Weapon proc's and Tolan stuff be damned. This little item has saved my ass every time Ive used it, and I will be sure always to have one with a charge left in it

	Even if it could proces(which it cant from face slot) Why in the name of god would I want to invis in the middle of a fight? HMMM yea invis and lose Familier on top of it.. this has to be a mistake.

	i actually like this effect, i have beguilers slippers for my chanter when he solos.. mainly is when i charm fight, i have to invis to force break my charm to kill my pet, works great cuz i get tons of xp for it, 50% from my pets kill, and full xp for killing my pet = great xp... that is 150% xp fro

	Combat Invis = Absolutely nothing. Invis'ing while fighting does nothing, races that can Hide do not get the ability to Evade either. No one but rogues can Evade. Get it? =)

	I can vouch that the cap of 28 or 29 is lifted after you reach level 20. I just bought this thing off a Freeport vendor for 107pp. I'm exactly level 20, and it frequently hits for 40 with an occasional 41. I don't see any bonus damage as referred to in a previous post, but that may be due to my leve

	The mask has been fixed now. Effect is right click invisibility, cast time 5 seconds, can be cast on other. Also, the mask is no longer no drop.
