You may notice all the small races are excluded. I quess the sword is just too big for them to wield. |

Level 21 Shaman, hasn't proc yet, getting message "Your will is not sufficient to command this weapon", consistant 18, 19 dmg. however since I leveled at 21 I've been getting 20 dmg. from time to time. |

There are at least 3 holes in the ice in the river. One in each branch and at least one in the southern leg of the river. They're near the shore in all cases and are somewhat difficult to see if you're not looking for them. They have a slightly darker look than the ice and you can enter the river |
