| Your analysis is basically correct, only problem so far is that the warriors and rogues I know are reporting problems with elemental damage on crits and backstabs, namely that it doesn't seem to get multipied. | You can Double Attack WITH the weapon in the offhand, when i was playing my Pally and grouped with my WAR friend (CoF and twin Lammy's) he was dishing out 4 or so hits with a (teeny) break between hits, now he got 5 attacks from kicking sometimes, but that takes a lot longer than 19 delay with CoF h | ||||

| The simple answer to this question at your level is to go by damage ratio. Since you don't get a damage bonus in your primary hand at your level, speed doesn't enter into the equation, so you put the best weapon by ratio in your primary hand and the second best in your off-hand.
