| Ok not immediately obvious, but a very nice situational item for Necros who need to do a spot of Crowd Control. The 40 Cha will help immensely with ST and Undead Charms, the +15% Alteration is nice (most of our spells use Alteration) and with the new raised INT/Mana this thing gives you another 90 m | ||||

| Sounds to me like it should allow you to summon a necro pet, maybe like the Brazier from upper guk. Well, anyway...it doesn't. | Fine Steel Plate and Ornate Chain spring to mind, as well as the new Broodling Plate, although that hardly requires a master smith. Some Cultural armors can be worn by other races as well, so I am wondering if some thing like Northman Armor might be cat-usable. I have not checked. | ||||

| The armors we get are all leather. Doesn't mean that the armor is crappy though. Below 30 the best you can hope for is picking up tizmak and ulthork hide armor cheap, or reinforced leahter armor.
