| Yes the HQ Cat can be used to make Hand Made Quivers. They turn into a 6 Slot 22% Reduction Quiver. Ingredients are one Quiver Pattern One HQ Cat Pelt. | ||||

| I am not sure of all the particulars on this one but there are 3 different Superb Hides dropped. One obviously the bear unsure of the other two. You combine the hides with a Back Pack Pattern and you get I believe a 33% reduction 10 Slot pack, not totally positive on the Reduction amount though. A | ||||

| I was just in LOIO tonight, and was going to get mortar and pestle from the short merchant in the windmill. he DID have vials, suspensions, and a poison book, but he did NOT have any mortar or pestle. i waited around a while to see if some would "pop" in is trade screen, but got bored and camped. | ||||

| From what I hear, it is definatly not worth it to make your own fletching supplies through smithing. The cost will be higher and it will take longer than just buying from vendors, as far as I know. | ||||

| One of the drawbacks of being a half-elf is that you don't have a culture per se. So you cannot make cultural armor. However, you can probably wear the Tunare cultural armor (assuming you are a follower). You just need someone else to make it. | ||||
