	Aww.... poor Rogue. It's not like there aren't just as good of weapons (damage/delay wise) available for Rogues. The SKs and Bards need the AC more.

	Yes there is a single spawn spectre in the zone. From the Rathe Mountain zone run south. When you see a undead camp with skeletons in it your are almost there. Not far past there is a spec that spawns beside a tree aroud loc neg 1200, pos 1258. He's on a 6 min spawn time.

	I accidently hailed the effrete not knowing who exactly he was, I just thought he was some cool looking genie guy, and I hailed him. I then saw that my faction got worse and realized he was the effrete. My character is a Wizard that worships Solusek Ro, and when I hailed the effrete, I got worried.

	It says range as well... there are alot of good stuff out there, but something in range that gives these kinda stats or ac is really awsome if im reading this right.

	It was a joke, notice the "all you have to do is kill some mobs in ToV (LOL)." I am in no way downplaying the extreme rarity and the difficulty of the North Hall or its mobs, it was a flat out joke, and I needed to vent after I started the stupid shawl quest.

	I found a nice place, the Giant Hut NorthWest of the Fort(EQAtlas Location #8). Three Giants (Saplings, Greenwoods and Evergreens) spawn here, but they spawn far enough away from eachother that you can pull them one at a time quite easily. I made some very nice xp and money soloing these as a lvl 24

	My uncle said that this is the place where you should go so that you can hunt in the Loio. But with the giants in the city (?) I don't know if its safe.

	I'm a 12 druid and me and a random 11-14 person usually would come here for the nybright sisters. i learned i could pull one at time with my harmony spell. so druids help when camping nybrights. 12th season druid Torvonillous( forgot how to spell it 8)Server

	Forget the AC, as an SK I'd want them to maintain stats (Str/Sta) when I switched to resist jewelery from my normal Stats ones. If I'm pulling, I want resists more that AC, with these I wouldn't have to kill my melee ability to have good resists.

	all u have to do is right click on the firework,as long as it hasn't had its charge used up.another thing:there are many types of fireworks,for many diffrent effects.

	Oooh just because pallies didnt get this one you have to whine. First of all you cant use 1hp and I am sure there are weapons out there that are better than this that pallies can use.

	Oh well another disapointment for us Rangers, I will learn to live with it or quit this game, getting boring anyway. I am waiting for verant to nerf it like they do other uber drops.
