	Don't be so concerned with damage only. It is the damage/delay ratio that is important. I upgraded from this weapon to a Sarnak enforcer (dmg7 dly28). Yes went from 8 damage to 7 and is an upgrade. that's because the Sarnak will hit four times in the same time it takes the Velium Morningstar to hit

	in my 54 lvls on pvp i have been blinded twice, both i had no mr gear.....at lvl 60 it doesnt matter if they have resist gear on because almost all high lvl items have resists, a lvl 60 wouldnt stick this on a lvl 60....let along a lvl 1 trying to ;) and btw good idea go blind all the newbie huma

	Velium weapons proc at 25. COLDAIN velium weapons, purchased in Thurgadin proc for level 1. The difference is that this level 10 probably had the Coldain version.

	This isn't a warrior item. By the time you fight in north wing ToV the warriors already have access to Warlord armor (25 ac on bracer if I remember correctly), so chances are this would go to a ranger/paladin/sk/rogue... and not monks (8 weight :P).
