| I would wear it (maybe not at level needed to acquire it...and since it's NO DROP, I'd just have to see), but I'd probably wait until all INT casters get theirs first. But don't forget that us WIS casters can still use INT...just not as well ;) | ||||

| and don't forget about crits...granted the money need to make them 4 dmg arrows will hurt bad when you're firing a stack into one target easy with this delay (still wanna know range though). As a ranger with some nice crits, you can do quite a bit of damage before that snared (if snare-able) MOB | ||||

| Dont know if most of you know or not, but shamans at high lvls are AC based more than WIS based, so for the WIS you should be to 200 by now anyways with this stuff, and then I know that the AC is much better than the Druid stuff, so I guess all you who want WIS over AC, got one suggestion for you... | ||||

| Bah this is such a monk item with the AC resists and HP plus the int makes us learn skills faster int caster bracer? pretty much useless once a caster gets high enough lvl to fight in Necropolis their int should be past 200 and they'll be seeking mana | ||||

| This bow is RANGER only Anon. What in the nine Hells are you talking about? My question is: How come warriors can't get a shot (note the pun there) at getting a bow almost as nice as this? | I'm not real sure about current strategies on killing in ToV, but there is a high level guild on my server that does ToV every single day. Heck prolly same guild that posts all these items, I cant see the pictures on this screen so I can't tell if it has a guild tag. | ||||

| Let's clean this up a bit. Normaly, the whorl does not see invis. Occasionaly, something comes along and gives it a see invis buff. Having watched for a while, I'm reasonably sure that it is a farstrider unicorn that is see invising it. Send a druid in first to double check before zoning in. | ||||

| well as a 55 Ranger i can't understand why you think this Bow sucks I am a 51Ranger and i think this is a great Bow, You at 55 have Trueshot Discipline Available...this is something that when used can inflict serious Damage on the unlucky victim....at 55 You should also know that delay is more | ||||

But, here is the long and the short of why more Items are created for the upper levels... 1st Incentive to get to those levels has to be high it is A LOT of work, 2nd In the upper levels it becomes almost as much about versatility in gear and look as anything | ||||
