Correct there are instance zones within this zone but you zone in from Bloodfields, very nice xp at 66 got nearly 2 yellow in a couple of hours, pretty intense mobs are not mezzable with a chanter at 66 I was told the OoW mez will work, having said that the mobs are very spread out and we got an add
