| I've seen one test of quiver haste. It was consistent with haste of weight reduction/3, stacking with all other haste, and going over the haste cap. I'm not sure if it was consistent with being a %delay reduction. I know it was not consistent with the effective delay = delay - weight reduction/10. I | ||||

| Hmm, our small group of a couple 50s and myself, 49 wizard, dropped Bronus with no problems at all last night. Bronus is only a couple hundred feet into GE too, so its not THAT hard to get to him. Added to that the Amulet seems to be a common drop (so far). Nenelyan Torv | ||||

| I'm doing the quest for the shield too, NPC told me to bring him this, maybe it will help with the xakra shield off of Drathas. The shield isn't bad and the quest isnt hard, so if you need a shield start this quest by giving Groo McManus (i think that's right) a needle claw in the thicket. | ||||

| Finally a shield that wouldn't take a full on raid to get that can retire a shaman, cleric, or druid's Sarnak Battle Shield to their resist item bag...
