Used with Harmony of Nature in zones like Bastion of Thunder this allows me to cast from far enough away that even if the harmony fails the target often will not agro. That makes it handy enough to get a spot in carried inventory at least.

This necklace is great for several reasons:
(1) The stats aren't uber by any means, but extra hp and magic resistance are often quite handy, and sometimes ac doesn't really matter anyway (getting nuked by a wizard, etc).
(2) Several posts here have mentioned the Harmony line of spells, and wit |

Killer ratio, killer stats, and if it procs frequently and builds aggro, a great overall weapon for the times a knight is MA.
/sigh Greenmist would go into the bank ;-(

This was a very easy and cheap quest to complete. First did with my 51 Wizzy. Found a Sarnak Blood at a vendor in inner circle right in POK, lol. Then ran invis the whole way through Overthere, Frontier Mountains, to Temple of Droga, stick to right and through hidden passage. Gave guys the book, and |

i would say no. it would be too over powering to have someone eventually get a 23% increase to dmg on just about each piece of gear and do 40k dmg with one nuke. or to get enough mana preservation gear and have the highest dmg nukes cost .5 mp. these items are apparently just coming out in abu |

What to do with a Plague Rat Tail?! Easy...an NPC merch buys them at about 1 pp each. SoE's gift to money-starved newbies since they drop (rarely, not common like what is listed above) off of rats in the newbie areas. Nuff said. |

Level 1? |

How can they say level 1 to attain when if bought from vendor (located in plane of sky) you must be level 46 to be ported there, right? And if it drops in POI (I have seen this as well) you must be at least 46 to get into here...
I think the level to attain must be level 46.

I would suspect that if you had more than one that overlapped, it would pick the best, just like a Haste item. After all, this is effectively a Haste item for a caster (increases damage output by a certain percentage). |

50mana! Anyone else see this? 50mana>5wis. Hell if your lvl50 and have over 200 wis already this 50 mana is equal to 10wis. Who cares if there is int on them. They could be just the 13ac, 90hp and 50mana and they would rock. |

It does make you wonder what the hell the designers at VI are thinking. The only value the 2 INT would have is for a monk learning trade skills. I wouldn't be surprised to see it changed to WIS in the future. |

Actually, it's +9 mana per wis over natural, before 200, and +18 after.
This isn't even equal to 5 wis |
