| Agro procs only kill the n00bs. I use a Tranquil Staff atm as a 61 Monk. Proc gets me agro when I want it, at 1300ac I can tank ( even after the supposed nerf ). We have a hotkey that lets of Feign Death. Drops agro quite easily, and with FD 3 I can do it every 5 seconds. I fail about 1 in 50 times. | ||||

| A rune proc is much more situational than a healing proc (probably the reason you rarely see healing procs on weapons and generally only small ones). | hmm personaly, i have never played a war, but what i do know is that i get alot of agro. with that said i use a sheetmetal ulak, and off hand is a slarging spear, i know not standerd faster wep off hand, but my DPS his higher then ever before with this combo in that way, well anyways, wars have told | ||||

| No, that's not quite correct, Channelling is soft capped at 220 so would max at 231, assuming the hard cap is 252 like most other skills, you'd need to find a 15% mod increase to max it. | ||||
