| going off of that train of thought, it could also be for selling to lowbie characters at the bazaar. sure you don't make as much cash as you would for selling the higher end items, but if you get alot of lowbie stuff and price them right, the lower end characters can get decent items for their leve | ||||

| Got mine from guild, forgot to ask where it drops, although I hardly use. Its just not mana efficient when I can pull with debuff and proc slow with epic.
