| He is a ranger so he is duel weilding them. Which means that the +20 dex applies to both weapons for procing. However the weapon in his off hand will have less opportunities to proc because it gets less opportunities to strike with duel weild. Dunno if that is why it procs less, but it may contr | ||||

| I picked it up in a group with my lvl 24 (at the time) Cleric, we were camping in one of the tunnels and pulled it twice in 3 hours along with 2 of the piercing weapons.... There were four of us in the group, a 21 rogue, 27 necro, 27 paladin along with myself. We had no problem holding a corner pass | ||||
