| My level 17 enchanter gets the message "your will..." all the time too, but it doesn't proc yet. I do have the Velious expansion. I was told that most velious weapons proc at 25. Don't know if this is true though. | ||||

| I had one given to me with my Enchanter (Erudite, lvl 6 when I got it), and it hasn't proc'd either at lvl 6 or 7 yet. I heard from someone that it doesn't proc until around level 25 or so. | ||||
