| all of these velium weaps come off of various baddies, but the giants in the great divide drop them fairly commonly. the down side is the proc velium shards hits you as well. | ||||

| Yes, it drops off of the same mob that drops the key to the 5th floor, and unfortunately, it is broken right now, otherwise this is quite a good item to have, unlimited bandages for melee classes, this is a great item :) | ||||

| I really love how many items are coming out of Velious with unlimited charge effects on them. Soon I'll be carrying around a backpack of items that don't do much of anything but save a spells slot so I can mem a nuke instead. =) Enduring breath is a great one to have on this item too. | I'd say as high as 35 to 40, maybe, seeing as that was the recommended level Verant set for Velious. Of course, any level could travel to Velious so 25 to 30 is feasible. | ||||

| It does not proc at 24th for my Cleric... My guess would be 25th, 26th or 27th if it procs for your Shaman at 27th. | ||||
