	Uncommon spawn around the Tower is a Pulsating Icestorm. Killed it about 10 times in three days, every time it dropped Chill Dagger. May have been luck, but one time it dropeed two. I think someone in the group accidently gave it one. :-)

	I just got my lvl, and I can say now that 25 is the required level to proc with this weapon. It has a nice effect and does 12 dmg.

	I do have a velious upgrade and my mage is a lvl 10 and it hasn't proc yet. My guild member told tried it and he is a lvl 30 with velious upgrade and couldn't get it to proc. I wish someone knew for sure when it procs please tell us.

	The proc is not triggered. It starts to proc at level 25 same as the regular velium weapons. Nice little weapon all around.

	FYI the crafted bracers are warrior only. You wouldn't want to wear them as a monk anyway. 4 stones weight times 2 (one on each wrist) is 8 stones. That's much too heavy for a monk's wrist item.

	of course, any sword is a stabber. but when it has FLAMED EDGE, who is his right mind would stab with it? bodies recieve most devastating damage from flamed edges when slashed, slightly above average damage when stabbed

	Lances are certainly 2 handed weapons. If your thinking classicly using a lance for jousting then yes its a one hander powered by a running steed. 	fists no, but if you are planning on fighting in smaller groups take this off and get something that procs stun. this is really good for killing dragons tho. the 20 fr and high damage capability here is nice.
